MOTION
Industrial Vehicle — 3D Animation and Modeling
Past 3D animation and modeling work building the body, tires and cabin of an industrial vehicle. Production footage shows the form in motion; later label and packaging applications are supplementary examples.

Videos
- Sector
- Lubricants / Americas
- Scope
- 3D animation / 3D modeling / Form visualization
Design challenge
The central task is to communicate the vehicle body, tires and cabin as spatial forms through views and movement, not just a static exterior. The 3D and video process is presented separately from later label and container applications.
Objective
Communicate an industrial vehicle's spatial structure and form through a 3D model and movement.
Design approach
The body, tires and cabin were modeled and reviewed through wireframes and viewing directions, with animation and model presentation as the primary focus.
Key design decisions
- The vehicle components were modeled and reviewed through wireframes and different viewing directions.
- The model-manipulation video documents the production process and how form and presentation were reviewed.
- Label and container examples remain secondary applications, preserving the focus on 3D animation and modeling.
Production materials
Model-manipulation footage and wireframe views document production. Later label and container applications are separated as supporting material.
Deliverables
An industrial-vehicle model, motion work, wireframes and production records.
