Design challenge

Introducing a service to first-time visitors, supporting learning and calls in an app, and managing the service are different interface tasks. The design separates these contexts rather than treating them as one screen.

Objective

Explain what the app does, how to use it and where to begin, connecting features, usage steps and download in one landing page.

Information and interaction design

Alternative introductions emphasize app screens, video-call usage or illustration. App interfaces organize learning information, questions and calls; administration screens serve a separate role.

Key design decisions

  • Three landing-page directions explore app screens, a video-call scenario and illustration as different entry points. They are not presented as evidence of adoption order or comparative test results.
  • The landing pages connect the usage flow with download, while learning information, questions and call controls are addressed in the app UI.
  • The admin interface is treated as a separate deliverable with a different role from the user-facing screens.

Production materials

Wireframes and desktop, tablet and mobile design studies are shown, with related app-promotion and admin materials identified as separate deliverables.

Deliverables

Three landing-page versions, wireframes, learning/question/call interfaces and related admin UI.

A project completed in the past. The adoption and publication order of the three concepts and any A/B results are unverified. Prices, people and campaign information are historical materials, not acquisition or learning-effect results.
