Objective

Connect awareness and attendance consideration through a shared event identity, promotional visuals, program information and application entry points.

Information and interaction design

Promotion introduces the event, format and dates. The page organizes news, concept, content, timetable and sponsors, with date/time tabs and entry prompts near relevant sections. Orange brushwork, photography and colors connect the media.

Production materials

Wireframes develop into visual layouts and HTML/CSS/JavaScript materials, including section links, timetable tabs and responsive navigation. Initial in-person wireframes and later online-event information are distinguished as separate stages.

Deliverables

Logo color variants, square promotional visuals, full-page wireframes, visual design, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript materials, activity descriptions, schedules, sponsor information and application entry points.

Designs and production materials

Square promotional visual connecting name, format, dates and message with the page identity.

Dark-letter logo for light backgrounds, with the shared orange brush motif.

White-letter logo shown on a dark background for visibility.

Complete online-event page design organizing concept, sessions, activities, timetable, sponsors and application entry points. Speaker information is historical design content.

Early wireframe with Tokyo/Kyoto venues, distinguished from the later online-event announcement.

A project completed in the past. Saved HTML includes placeholder speakers and unconnected entry links, so it does not demonstrate a working registration system or final live specification. The work covers promotion and attendance consideration, not application, attendance, advertising or improvement results.
